Do you offer tele-video appointments?

Yes, we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth appointments for patients located anywhere within the state of Florida. This provides convenient access to care from the comfort of your home using a secure video platform

What is your policy on appointment cancellations or no-shows?

We require a minimum of 48 business hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or if you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the fee for the scheduled service.
