As an 'out of network' physician, most insurance companies do not pay us directly. To potentially receive reimbursement, you should first verify with your insurer if you have out of network benefits by asking: "I would like to see an out of network provider. Do I have out of network benefits?" If such benefits are available, please confirm the details, including any deductible. Additionally, inquire about reimbursement for the specific billing codes we use for various services:

- Initial evaluations: 90792, 99204, 99205

- Follow-up appointments: 99214, 99215

- Additional services for certain patients: 90833

- Services for patients under 18: 90785

Based on their responses, you will better understand the extent of your coverage and how to proceed.
